Day 2 of Amsterdam

sunny 30 °C

Lennie: Last night I was bed jacked! Didn't handle it well as I was high. Once it was finally sorted and I'd gotten to sleep for a while, I woke in the night to find Lauren was missing and a few people up and walking around. The reason being my sleep walking girlfriend had found her way to someone else's bed. The dude whos bed it was, was shocked and just staring at her. I laughed and Lauren just shyly got out of the bed with a bright red face. Yesterday was good, but todays been great, yesterday was just a shock to the system as being bed jacked in another country is quite bad. LOL!

Lauren: So after recovering from the drama of last night we got up to an interesting continental breakfast, where I got to eat rice cakes, sour yoghurt and gluten free bread, although it really wasn't that bad! We walked from VondelPark to Ann Franks House to wait an hour in the pouring rain to get in, but it was definatley worth it. So interesting and exciting to actually be in the rooms we've read about. Luckily it brightened up and is absolutely boiling!!! Then we had a relax in the park, adventured onto a tram (which are pure genius!) and visited the Van Gogh museum. Also very interesting, I loved the history and Len loved the paintings. Just deciding whether to go to Maastricht tomorrow or to head straight to Belgium and then we're going to take a trip to the Red Light District .... oooh!
